The Leadership Akron Alumni Association (LAAA) was formed to serve as a hub for alumni of Leadership Akron to continue to connect, collaborate, and learn. For over 20 years, the Alumni Association has worked to foster networking, leadership development, and community involvement for its members.
With over 600 members paying dues, LAAA maintains a retention rate of over 75%, far exceeding its counterparts in other communities. As such, it has become a “go-to” resource for community leaders and organizations seeking to identify leaders that can advance their work in the community with informed, exemplary leadership.
