Leadership Akron Announces Class 34

Leadership Akron has selected a class of 36 leaders for its 2017/2018 Signature program. The class includes participants from greater Akron’s business, government, and non-profit sectors. With 2-3 highly qualified applicants for every position in the class, the selection process was especially competitive for Class 34. Since 1984, Leadership Akron has inspired participants to advance their involvement and impact as community leaders. read more

Laura Culp named recipient of 2017 Lieberth Community Vision Award

Leadership Akron has named Laura Culp, Partner at Sikich, LLP, as the recipient of this year’s Lieberth Community Vision Award. The first Lieberth Community Vision Award was named for and presented to Mr. David Lieberth, a founder of Leadership Akron, in recognition of his outstanding community service and leadership. read more
