Paul Catania is Senior Vice President and Managing Director for the Oswald Companies. Paul joined the Oswald Companies in 2006, and has over 25 years of employee benefits consulting and human resource management experience. In addition to leading the Oswald Akron/Canton Market, Paul specializes in strategic benefits consulting, and serves on Oswald’s Benefits Leadership Team.
Prior to joining the Oswald Companies, Paul has served in Human Resources Management, Consulting and Practice Leader roles with another global consulting firm.
Paul enjoys being involved in the community and is a volunteer board member for Akron Children’s Hospital Foundation (Chair of Planned Giving Committee), the United Way of Summit County (Chair of the Human Resource Committee), and member of the University of Akron Human Resource Advisory Council. He is a proud member of Leadership Akron Class XXIX, and member of Akron Rotary. He is co-chair for the Akron Canton Foodbank’s Taste of the Pro Football Hall of Fame for the last several years.
Paul is originally from Buffalo, N.Y. and is a graduate of John Carroll University in Cleveland, OH. Paul resides in Hudson, OH with his wife and two sons.
Betsy L.B. Hartschuh
Witschey Witschey & Firestine Co., LPA
Betsy is an Attorney with Witschey, Witschey, and Firestine, Co., LPA in Copley where she focuses her practice on estate planning, corporate law, business litigation and business succession planning. She received her Bachelor of Arts from The College of Wooster, and her J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law. Since earning her law degree, Betsy has been involved in several service and leadership programs in Akron including Torchbearers, where she served on the Board of Directors and helped launch the service committee, and developed the popular AkRUN and Crawl event. Betsy is president of Class 26 of Leadership Akron and has served on the Leadership Akron Alumni Board.
Betsy and her husband, Ryan, helped found the Akron Children’s Museum which has welcomed more than 80,000 visitors since opening its doors in November 2016. Betsy currently serves as President of the Akron Children’s Museum’s Board of Directors. Over the past few years, Betsy has been honored with the Akron Chamber of Commerce’s 30 for the Future Award, the ATHENA Young Professional Award, the Ohio State Bar Foundation Community Service Award for Attorneys 40 and Under and Torchbearer’s Distinguished Alumni Award. Betsy and her husband have two daughters and a son and reside in Sharon Township.
