Akron Canton Regional Foodbank | Coordinator, Community Engagement

The Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank is seeking a Coordinator, Community Engagement.

The Coordinator, Community Engagement will work under the direction of the Manager, Campaigns & Events to support, coordinate and implement fundraising and marketing initiatives for current and prospective donors and engagement activities for the Foodbank.

This position will cultivate and deepen relationships with prospective and existing donors who participate in food and funds drives, third party events, cause marketing and volunteer initiatives. They serve as the main contact for groups wishing to further engage with the Foodbank and steward relationships to a point of meaningful engagement, collaborating internally to ensure engaged groups or individuals are connected to the proper contact. They establish and build relationships through phone calls, emails, presentations, event attendance, face-to-face visits and other communications to increase community engagement. Hours: M-F, 8a-4p.
