NAMI Summit County | Program Director
NAMI Summit County is seeking a qualified Program Director.
The Program Director is responsible for the successful delivery of NAMI Summit County’s Signature Education Programs and Support Groups, and Human Services Programs, including volunteer recruitment and engagement for programming, and support groups. The role ensures program fidelity, high quality delivery, data integrity and alignment with funder expectations are met. The Program Director plays a crucial role in assisting strategic growth and development of the organization, contributing to its expansion of collaborative relationships, outreach efforts, volunteer engagement and administrative tasks to support the overall financial health and esteemed reputation held by NAMI Summit County.
The Program Director reports directly to the Executive Director. The Program Director is a full-time exempt position requiring 40 hours weekly. The salary range is $52,000.00-$65,000.00.
