Chrissy Myers is the CEO of AUI and Clarity HR, an entrepreneur, author, and community advocate who believes thriving businesses start with thriving people. She leads with clarity, compassion, and accountability, helping small and midsize organizations grow through practical, people first strategies. Chrissy is the author of Reluctantly Resilient, a hopeful book about navigating adversity while building a life and business you believe in. She is also the creator of Resilient Operating System helping leaders build their system to navigate disruption, especially when the path isn’t neat or easy. She hosts the Better Business for Small Business Leaders podcast, where she shares practical and real world conversations with owners, executives, and experts who are in the arena every day. She also shares her CEO wisdom in The Business Fix podcast with Josh Troche.  Her approach is human: thoughtful, transparent, and useful. Beyond the microphone and boardroom, Chrissy serves on multiple nonprofit boards and invests in initiatives that make her community stronger. Co-Captain of Team Awesome Sauce, she is a committed mom and wife, she shows up for her family with the same intentionality she brings to her companies and community. Whether she’s advocating for small employers, writing, podcasting, or cheering on Team Awesome Sauce, Chrissy is driven by a simple mission: help people do their best work and build businesses that make communities better.
